All orders are tracked and insured, covering any unlikely loss or damage. Orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse facility in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. We can also upgrade shipments to Pre-12:00 PM or Saturday Delivery on Friday Shipments, for example, but please call us on 0113 518 8886 and place the order over the phone instead. Collection:  You may collect your goods from our trade counter located at Unit B8, Astra Business Park, Parkside Lane, Leeds LS11 5SZ, but please make sure to add a note at checkout saying you’re collecting your order.
